Common Questions

Will I be working with other cleaners?

Yes, we typically work in teams of 2 or more! but depending on situations, working solo is not excluded.

Do I need my own transportation?

Yes. Your own reliable vehicle is required, not optional.

Are background checks required?

Absolutely, and without exception. Every member of the Deep Care team undergoes a thorough background check before their first day.

What are the typical working hours?

Most of our positions run Monday through Saturday during standard daytime hours, between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

What is the onboarding process like?

All new team members go through a structured onboarding program before their first client visit. The program covers our full cleaning protocols, safety and product standards, client communication etiquette, and the Deep Care standard of care. You will not be sent into a client's home before you are genuinely ready.
